TruePath Athletics

Founding Roster · Fall 2026 · St. Charles, MO

Train the body.
Shape the person.
Walk the True Path.

Elite hitting and pitching development, character coached as seriously as mechanics, and a year-long identity curriculum anchored to the baseball calendar.

01 · Our Mission

Our mission is to develop the complete athlete through sport-specific training, meaningful mentorship, and a foundation of faith.

We are committed to helping every athlete grow in mind, body, and spirit—both on and off the field.

73%

of athletes ages 16–24 struggle with loneliness

86%

lack belonging, purpose and meaning

02 · Three Commitments

One integrated program.

01

Train the Body

Elite, data-tracked hitting and pitching through HitLab and PPP programming via the Boost App. Mechanics, biomechanics, athletic development. No corners cut athletically.

02

Shape the Person

Character coached as seriously as mechanics. How you compete, how you lose, how you carry yourself after a strikeout — all coached.

03

Walk the True Path

Faith integrated into the year — a year-long identity curriculum anchored to the baseball calendar, not bolted on as extracurricular devotionals.

03 · The Rhythm

A week built for serious athletes.

Monday

Newsletter Drops

A short teaching. The week's theme, scripture anchor, training tie-in, and one challenge.

Tuesday

Discussion Prompt

Athlete engagement with teammates and coaches. One question, one thread, one connection.

Weekend

Gameday Card

What'd we learn? One reflection, one ask. A habit of seeing the game — and yourself — more clearly.

Weekly

Training Sessions

Two data-tracked skill sessions per week through PPP and HitLab programming via the Boost App. Assessment-based, coached personally.

Once a Month

Gathering

Teaching, small-group breakouts, prayer. Parents welcome.

Quarterly

1:1 Check-In & Assessment

20 minutes with Daniel or Ryne. Training, faith, pressure, prayer — plus a written progress snapshot.

04 · Parents on the Path

Parents are partners. Not customers.

The athletes do the work. The home reinforces the work. Both are coached.

Parent Companion Newsletter

A weekly echo of the athlete's newsletter. The teaching, a question to ask in the car, a verse for the fridge.

Open Door at Monthly Gatherings

Parents are explicitly welcome at the Saturday gatherings. Coffee included. Parent community forms organically.

Parent GroupMe

A separate channel for prayer, logistics, carpools, and parent-to-parent encouragement.

Parent Welcome Conversation

A 20-minute call at intake with Daniel or Ryne. Family story, expectations, prayer. Sets the tone before the season begins.

Quarterly Parent Note

A short personal note every quarter. Not metrics — observations. "Here's something I noticed about your son this quarter."

05 · The Founding Roster
